Last week, I went to lunch with some other tweeps: @nanna_j, @tojosan, @gizellie, and @zometer. We decided to eat chinese, and my fortune cookie fortune ended up being this:
What sort of opportunity would be awaiting me? Perhaps I would finally meet @mdhugo? No...that happened Saturday. Perhaps I would finally go on the date I had been waiting for? No...that is scheduled for Wednesday! Perhaps it was that I started on the job training today at work?...nah, I knew that was going to happen last monday! I did figure out what it was though!
My opportunity was to find an amazing dress to wear on my date Wednesday, and meet up with an acquaintence that I think will end up being an awesome friend!
I would like to thank @jamesroche1982 for helping me pick out the dress, and spending time at walmart afterwards. I am super excited, and can't wait until Wednesday!!
You might say this doesn't sound like a huge opportunity, but nonetheless it was an opportunity I greatly enjoyed!
