Where Should I Live?

Alright, here's the deal. I have exactly a week (at the soonest) to three weeks (at the latest) to move out of Neale's house and into my own apartment. I have chosen 21 apartments that I feel I could afford (listed below). I know some of these are in good areas, but others I am not quite sure. I am leaving it up to my readers, my twitter followers, and my facebook friends, to tell me exactly where they think is the best place (of all of these options) to go. I need to narrow it down to about 5-10 options before this weekend (and then further narrow it down when I go look at the places).

Clearly some of these are not in great areas, but I want to know which areas do you think are the best for me to choose based on this list. Please list numbers in the comments and reasons why (i.e. how dangerous or not dangerous they are).
